During the Vietnam War, almost all U.S. military planes were equipped with a module we had never seen before. What do you think was the module carrying?

Cheng Tin Gai

During the Vietnam War, the U.S. military planes were equipped with DDT. They called it DDT, but we knew it was actually poison, the kind of poison that cleared up all trees so that the Vietnam communists had nowhere to hide. Although they were cleansed before coming to Hong Kong, we were all rather guarded. But none of us were affected after all. We asked those stationed at HAECO what the thing was, but they only said it was DDT. We complained about it, and then the U.S. force sent representatives to check over and clean it up. They would get real headache if we refused to do service for their planes.

We did service for the small U.S. military aircrafts, which carried pesticide during the Vietnam War. There was a tank inside, filled with pesticide, the kind that killed plants when sprayed from up above the sky. We knew about the pesticide tank, and the U.S. military actually emptied it out before sending the planes for our service.
