Admitted to the Far East Flying Training School in 1947. Joined HAECO in 1950 and rose to become the Director of Base Maintenance and one of the Chinese members of the senior management. Served a total of 32 years at the company.

Cheng Kwoon Chiu
An engine overhaul specialist, he joined HAECO in 1953 first as a trainee and retired in 1996.
Avionics Overhaul
Yiu Yu Tim
Joined HAECO in 1966 and was responsible for avionics overhaul. Retired in 2009.

Lai Kam
A woodwork specialist, he joined HAECO in 1959.

Chan Kam Cheung
Joined HAECO in 1953. Initially responsible for airframe works, he later became an engine overhaul specialist. Retired in 1992.

Joined HAECO in 1958 and started in a junior position, he was responsible for airframe overhaul.

A specialist in sewing canvas, he joined HAECO in 1953 and retired in 1991.

CHEUNG Kwok Kuen
Joined HAECO in 1970, he started as assistant instructor in the Technical Training Department and was later promoted to become manager. Retired in 2010.

Joined HAECO in 1965 as a trainee, he later entered the field avionics department and became an engineer. He was an avionics manager before retiring.

Joined HAECO’s Supplies Department in 1957. Retired in 1995.

Huen Shing
Originally a staff member of Kuomintang Air Force 1st Airplane Factory in Kunming, he joined Jardine Air Maintenance Company in 1949 and became a HAECO employee after the merger. He was responsible for overhaul works.
Engine Overhaul
Lau Yee Kow
Joined the aircraft maintenance industry in 1949, he had worked for HAECO since its foundation until his retirement in 1993. He was an engine repair specialist.
Base Maintenance (Avionics)
Au Sung Lai
A radio specialist, he joined HAECO in 1956 and retired in 1993.
Ramp Service Manager
William Leung
Nicknamed "Tai Fei", he joined HAECO in 1972 and had worked in more than ten different departments including the overhaul division. He had held managerial positions, including maintenance manager and line manager, in many departments.
Engine Overhaul
Chan Ping Cheong
Joined HAECO in 1953 and worked in the Engine Overhaul Department. Promoted to be an engineer and later joined the Technical Training Department. Retired in 1995.
Line Maintenance
Lee Ming Chien
Nicknamed "R One", he joined Jardine Air Maintenance Company in 1948 and became an employee of HAECO after the merger. He was responsible for line maintenance and retired in 1984.

Joined HAECO’s Avionics Overhaul Department in 1957.
