The Rediffusion Broadcasting Company was established in Hong Kong in 1949 as a commercial broadcaster. Chung Wai Ming started working there from Day One – the day of its inauguration -- and became familiar with every aspect of its operations. This recording is a two-part programme in the RTHK series on old Hong Kong, hosted by Cheng Kai Ming and Wu Hao. The episodes focus on the history of Rediffusion with Chung as the special guest, and were broadcast on 15 and 22 November 2001.
