Signal Tower of the Marine Police Headquarters. The signal tower is completed in 1885, and every day at one o'clock the time ball dropped from the top of the tower to provide time calibration for vessels in the harbour. The tower continued to serve until 1907, when a new signal tower was built at Signal Hill.
