Harbour-front in Yau Ma Tei around 1890. The first landfills had just been completed. The harbour-front in front of first row of buildings was later to be Reclamation Street. In 1900, Yau Ma Tei underwent a second phase of reclamation works; the coastline has since been extended to Ferry Street.
