OBSERVATIONS | Here a geomancer (fung-shui professor) and a professional grave-builder confer about the siting of a new grave. A red line has been strung between two pegs and bisects the grave from back to front, and the geomancer is using it to check that the direction the grave faces is precisely correct according to his calculations made with the large geomancer’s compass that he has raised on bricks in order to get as accurate a reading as possible. |
